Daisy Jones & The Six is a great book & I am glad I decided to listen to the audio version for this one. The audiobook has different voices for the characters & the lines are delivered with great emotions bringing them to life enjoyably. I couldn’t get my mind off the narrative & kept finding any excuse to listen a little more of the book

This was a very entertaining read. The Six were a band of upcoming musicians , creating great music . On their journey to greatness , Daisy Jones also joins the band & her charismatic voice adds value to the group. Billy is the lead singer and kind of our main character. His wife Camilla is a lady to be marveled at.

This is a story about drugs , sex , love & music in the 70s.  All the members of the band have a story of their own, that contributed to the band eventually breaking up . Every character has a significant role in the narrative & their importance has not been overshadowed in any way .A very intense and engrossing story – the fact that this is based on  a real band only adds to the beauty of the book. The writing is fabulous and Taylor Jenkins Reid is a totally gifted story teller.

Highly recommend this one ! The book is being adapted as a TV series too . I am definitely looking forward to that !
