SYNOPSIS->

This book gave me goosebumps. The plot is constructed and brought together very dramatically. I guessed the twist pretty early on, but the chilling backstory was still unnerving. The story is relayed from multiple POV and that keeps it super interesting & gives us a glimpse into the thoughts of all the characters.

The narrative from Lauren’s POV shows the distress a Mother goes through when her kids are harmed. Laurel‘s kids occupy a major part of our thoughts & life. This makes her discoveries throughout the story even more heartbreaking. The book is a fair warning about how a seemingly normal person can be a real psychopath and wreak havoc in other’s lives
